Cancellation Policy

At Razan London we aim to provide you with efficient speedy delivery once your order has been placed. 

Due to our aims for despatching products as soon as possible, we cannot provide a cancellation service. Please contact us directly to cancel if necessary but please be aware this may not be possible. 

Razan London 14-Day Returns Policy

At Razan London, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 

2. Initiation of the Return

- Provide your order number and your name including the reason for this return.

- Ensure you retain the receipt for tracking purposes. 

3. Return Shipping

Please note, your initial shipping fee is non-refundable if you decide to return your parcel.

Additionally, please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

If the return is approved, we will process your refund.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method.

Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your statement. The time taken for the credit to appear may vary.
